सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि प्रदेश के 13 जिलों से 13 उत्कृष्ट किसानों को अध्ययन भ्रमण पर भेजा जाएगा अपने अपने जनपद में प्रत्येक एक किसान को अध्ययन भ्रमण के लिए चयनित किया जाएगा जिन किसानों के द्वारा कृषि उद्यान डेरी पशुपालन के क्षेत्र में मॉडल स्थापित किया गया हो। प्रत्येक जनपद से एक मॉडल किसान का चयन सचिव सहकारिता निबंधक सहकारिता जनपदीय जिलाधिकारी की कमेटी बनाकर चयनित किया जाएगा। सहकारिता विभाग इन उत्कृष्ट किसानों को 4 से 5 अन्य प्रदेशों में और दो देशों में कॉपरेटिव के अध्ययन के लिए भेजेगा। मंत्री डॉ. रावत ने कहा किसानों की आमदानी बढ़ाने के लिए सहकारिता विभाग की बहुत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है।
सहकारिता मंत्री डॉक्टर धन सिंह रावत ने बताया अपने-अपने जनपदों में मॉडल स्थापित कर चुके किसानों को अध्ययन भ्रमण पर भेजा जाएगा इसमें जिन किसानों के द्वारा डेयरी ,पशुपालन, कृषि, उद्यान, के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य किया गया हो अध्ययन भ्रमण के पश्चात इन सभी किसानों को किसान सेमिनार सहकारिता सम्मेलन और अन्य किसानों को प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजा जाएगा जिससे यह अन्य डेयरी पशुपालन उद्यान कृषि के क्षेत्र से जुड़े किसानों को भी प्रशिक्षण दे सकें।
सहकारिता मंत्री डॉक्टर धन सिंह रावत ने कहा माननीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और केंद्रीय सहकारिता मंत्री अमित शाह का यही संकल्प है कि किसानों की आय दोगुनी की जाए।
सचिव सहकारिता विभाग बीवीआरसी पुरुषोत्तम ने बताया कि देश में कृषि बागवानी पशुपालन उद्यान के क्षेत्रों में जो भी अच्छा कार्य कर रहे हैं उन चार या पांच राज्यों में और 2 देशों में प्रदेश के 13 किसानों को भेजा जाएगा जल्दी ही कमेटी का गठन कर लिया जाएगा और यह प्रक्रिया आरंभ हो जाएगी।
