रैंकर्स भर्ती परीक्षा में करीब 10,500 पुलिसकर्मियों ने हिस्सा लिया था। परिणाम इसी साल मार्च में जारी हुए। 1350 उम्मीदवारों ने हेड कांस्टेबल और 650 ने दरोगा के लिए मेरिट में जगह पाई थी।
पुलिस रैंकर्स भर्ती में मेहनत से पास होने वालों को सरकार राहत देगी। पुलिस मुख्यालय ने इस परीक्षा का नतीजा वेबसाइट पर अपलोड कर दिया था। तकनीकी रूप से इस परीक्षा का भी नतीजा घोषित हो चुका है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने इस परीक्षा की भी समीक्षा करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग से इसकी रिपोर्ट मांगी गई है।
पुलिस में कांस्टेबल से हेड कांस्टेबल, हेड कांस्टेबल से सब इंस्पेक्टर (दरोगा) के लिए फरवरी 2021 में अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग ने परीक्षा कराई थी। आयोग ने परीक्षा का परिणाम जारी कर दिया था, लेकिन पांच उम्मीदवारों ने चार सवालों के सही जवाब लिखने के बावजूद आयोग की ओर से गलत ठहराने पर हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर दी थी।
हाईकोर्ट ने रिजल्ट पर रोक लगा दी थी। सुनवाई खत्म होने के बाद बीती 11 जुलाई को हाईकोर्ट ने रैंकर्स परीक्षा से रोक हटा दी थी। इसके बाद आयोग इसका संशोधित परिणाम जारी नहीं कर पाया था। बीते सप्ताह सरकार ने पांच भर्तियां रद्द की थी, जिनमें रैंकर्स भर्ती भी शामिल थी। उम्मीदवारों ने इस परीक्षा के परिणाम को लेकर पूरी जानकारी सरकार को उपलब्ध कराई।

अब मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सचिव कार्मिक शैलेश बगोली को इस परीक्षा पर निर्णय लेने के निर्देश दिए हैं। शासन स्तर से मामले में अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग से समीक्षा कर रिपोर्ट देने को कहा गया है। रिपोर्ट के आधार पर रैंकर्स भर्ती पर फैसला होगा।

10,500 पुलिसकर्मियों ने दी थी परीक्षा:
रैंकर्स भर्ती परीक्षा में करीब 10,500 पुलिसकर्मियों ने हिस्सा लिया था। परिणाम इसी साल मार्च में जारी हुए। 1350 उम्मीदवारों ने हेड कांस्टेबल और 650 ने दरोगा के लिए मेरिट में जगह पाई थी। इन सभी की शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा अप्रैल 2021 में हुई थी। परीक्षा हेड कांस्टेबल के 394, दरोगा सिविल पुलिस के 61, पीएसी सब इंस्पेक्टर के 77, पीएसी हेड कांस्टेबल के 250 और सशस्त्र पुलिस बल में हेड कांस्टेबल के 215 पदों के लिए हुई थी। इनमें से हेड कांस्टेबल को पदोन्नति मिल चुकी है।
आयोग व चयन संस्थाओं को मजबूत बनाएं

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एसएस संधु को निर्देश दिए हैं कि प्रदेश में भविष्य में पारदर्शी एवं शुचितापूर्ण ढंग से चयन प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित करने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए ताकि योग्य युवाओं का चयन हो सके। उन्होंने इस संबंध में उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग तथा अन्य चयन एजेंसियों को मजबूत एवं पारदर्शी बनाने के भी निर्देश दिए।

घोषित रिजल्ट वाली भर्तियों पर अलग-अलग निर्णय:
मुख्यमंत्री ने अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग की जिन परीक्षाओं के रिजल्ट घोषित हो चुुके हैं लेकिन अभी तक अंतिम चयन सूची नहीं भेजी गई है, उन पर केस टू केस निर्णय लेने के लिए मुख्य सचिव को सचिव कार्मिक को निर्देश दिए। ऐसी परीक्षाएं, जिनमें चयन आयोग ने आवेदन आमंत्रित कर लिए थे लेकिन परीक्षा नहीं हुई, उनकी जिम्मेदारी अब उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग संभालेगा।
