सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ0 धन सिंह रावत की अध्यक्षता में आज उत्तराखंड राज्य सहकारी परिषद की बैठक हुई। जिसमें परिषद का विधिवत संचालन के लिये वर्ष में कम से कम दो बैठकें आयोजित करने तथा सहकारी योजनाओं का ब्लॉक स्तर तक व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु कार्य योजना तैयार करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
विधानसभा स्थित कार्यालय कक्ष में आज उत्तराखंड राज्य सहकारी परिषद की बैठक सम्पन्न हुई। जिसमें विभागीय मंत्री ने परिषद द्वारा विगत वर्षों में किये गये कार्यों की समीक्षा की। जिसके तहत परिषद द्वारा प्राथमिक कृषि ऋण सहकारी समितियों के सुदृढ़ीकरण के उद्देश्य से समितियों को बहुउद्देशीय बनाये जाने, प्रत्येक जनपद में न्याय पंचायत स्तर पर एक समिति का संचालन किये जाने, समितियों में कार्यरत सचिवों का स्टेट कैडर तथा लेखाकारों का जिला कैडर बनाये जाने हेतु राज्य सकरार को सुझाव दिये गये। इसके अतिरिक्त समय-समय पर समितियों एवं बैंक शाखाओं का निरीक्षण करने, जनपदों में समिति सचिवों, एडीओ, एडीसीओ तथा बैंक महाप्रबंधकों के साथ बैठक करने के सुझाव भी शामिल हैं। परिषद द्वारा भविष्य में सहकारी आंदोलन को और सुदृढ़ बनाने के उद्देश्य से प्रचार-प्रसार की गतिविधियों को बढ़ाने, पत्र-पत्रिकाओं का प्रकाशन करने, होर्डिंग एवं अन्य संचार माध्यमों से प्रचार प्रसार करने, सहकारी समिति अधिनियम-2002 एवं नियमावली 2004 का प्रकाशन कर सभी समितियों एवं बैंकों में विपणन करने सहित विभागीय शासनादेशों का संकलन कर उन्हें प्रकाशित करने का निर्णय लिया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त समय-समय पर सहकारी गोष्ठियों एवं सम्मेलनों का आयोजन कर विभिन्न योजनाओं को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने का निर्णय बैठक में लिया गया।
विभागीय मंत्री एवं परिषद के सभापति डॉ0 रावत ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि वर्ष में परिषद की कम से कम दो बैठक आयोजित की जाय।
बैठक में निबंधक सहकारी समितियां आलोक पांडे राज्य सहकारी संघ के अध्यक्ष मातवर सिंह रावत, प्रबंध निदेशक आवास संघ/उपभोक्ता संघ ईरा उप्रेती, प्रबंध निदेशक यूसीआरएफ आनंद शुक्ला, संयुक्त निबंधक नीरज बेलवाल, एम.पी. त्रिपाठी, प्रबंध निदेशक भण्डार निगम मान सिंह सैनी, प्रबंध निदेशक यूसीएफ रामेन्द्री मन्द्रवाल, प्रबंध निदेशक भेड़ एवं ऊन विकास बोर्ड डॉ0 अविनाश, संयुक्त निदेशक पशुपालन विभाग डॉ0 नीरज सिंघल, उप निदेशक डेरी विकास विभाग डी0पी0 सिंह सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
