मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने प्रदेशवासियों को रक्षाबन्धन की बधाई दी है। रक्षाबन्धन की पूर्व संध्या पर बुधवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास एवं मुख्य सेवक सदन सभागार में बड़ी संख्या में प्रदेश की महिलाओं ने मुख्यमंत्री को राखी बांधी तथा तथा उनके दीर्घ जीवन की कामना की। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राखी का पर्व भाई बहन के पवित्र रिश्ते का प्रतीक है। त्योहार आपसी भाईचारे के साथ ही जीवन में उमंग और उत्साह का संचार करते है। त्योहार हमारी पहचान होते हैं। प्राचीन संस्कृति को बनाए रखने में त्योहारों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश के विकास में हमारी मातृशक्ति की बड़ी भूमिका है। प्रदेश में एक ही दल की दूसरी बार सरकार न बनने के मिथक को तोड़ने में भी हमारी माताओं एवं बहिनों का बड़ा योगदान है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य की महिलाओं का जीवन स्तर ऊंचा हो तथा उनके जीवन में क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तन आये इसके लिये हम निरन्तर प्रयासरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में समान नागरिक संहिता लागू करने के लिये मातृशक्ति की प्रतिक जस्टिस रंजना प्रकाश देसाई की अध्यक्षता में समिति का गठन किया गया है। राज्य में गरीब महिलाओं को साल में तीन गैस सिलेण्डर उपलब्ध कराये जाने की व्यवस्था के साथ वृद्ध पति एवं पत्नी दोनो को वृद्धावस्था पैंशन 1000 से बढ़ाकर 1500 रूपये प्रतिमाह की गई है। पर्यावरण मित्रों का मानदेय 500 किया गया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड को नशामुक्त एवं भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त प्रदेश बनाने का हमारा प्रयास है। इसके लिये एन्टी नारकोटिक्स सेल का गठन तथा विजलेंस के ढ़ांचे का पुनर्गठन कर शिकायत के लिये 1064 न0 जारी किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विकास योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन तथा जन समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिये सरलीकरण समाधान तथा निस्तारण के मंत्र तथा विकल्प रहित संकल्प के ध्येय के साथ कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि 2025 मे रजतजयंती वर्ष में उत्तराखण्ड देश के अग्रणी एवं आदर्श राज्य के रूप में अपनी पहचान बनाये इसके लिये सभी विभागों एवं संस्थानों द्वारा निर्धारित कार्ययोजना के दृष्टिगत प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं, इसके लिये रोड मेप भी तैयार किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आजादी की 75वीं वर्षगांठ पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में हम अमृत महोत्सव मना रहे हैं। महान स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों और शहीद वीर जवानों को समर्पित अमृत महोत्सव, नए भारत, आत्मनिर्भर भारत का भी संकल्प है। देश के घर-घर में फहराता तिरंगा दुनिया को एक भारत श्रेष्ठ भारत का संदेश दे रहा है। उन्होंने कहा क हमारी युवापीढ़ी को देश की आजादी के लिये अपना सर्वस्व न्यौछावर करने वाले ज्ञात एवं अज्ञात सैनानियों के साहस एवं वीरता से परिचित हो इसके प्रयास किये गये है। 15 अगस्त के बाद हम आजादी के अमृत काल में प्रवेश करेंगे। आजादी के 100 वर्ष होने पर हमारे युवाओं के सबल कन्धों पर देश को दिशा देने का दायित्व होगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि किसान का सम्मान हो, गरीब का कल्याण हों, युवा को अवसर हो, महिलाओं का उत्थान हो, तकनीक में नवाचार हो, विश्व पटल पर भारत की मजबूत पहचान हो, इतिहास की समस्याओं का स्थायी समाधान हो, ये सब प्रधानमंत्री की दृढ इच्छाशक्ति और दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व का परिणाम है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री का उत्तराखण्ड से विशेष लगाव किसी से छुपा नहीं है। पिछले आठ वर्षों में केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा 1 लाख 50 हजार करोड़ से अधिक की परियोजनाएं स्वीकृत हुई हैं। श्री केदारपुरी का पुनर्निर्माण प्रधानमंत्री के विजन, नेतृत्व एवं संकल्प का सर्वश्रेष्ठ उदाहरण है। बद्रीनाथ धाम के मास्टर प्लान पर भी काम हो रहा है।
